Opened in 1966, Sorrentino's Steak & Lobster House replaced another legendary Palm Springs institution, The Doll House, making the locale the oldest continuously running dinner house in Palm Springs. The steaks and seafood are the freshest available and Mary's expertise was officially recognized by her peers when she was voted Desert Hospitality Culinary Association's Restaurateur of the Year.
